Thank you for considering joining us at Golf and Wine in Italy. We can assure you that you will enjoy our tours,
but there are some terms and conditions that must be acknowledged by all participating members.
These are designed to make the tours enjoyable, affordable and safe. Your deposit receipt will be regarded
by us as your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

We assume that, as you are joining a golfing tour, you have a level of physical fitness that allows you to take part
in all listed activities without the need of assistance from others.


Tour Operator
The tour operator is Golf and Wine in Italy (ACN 134 062 329), a proprietary limited company owned by Michael Trembath and Elizabeth Toumbos.

Tour Prices
The tour prices are based on general transport (with dedicated driver), luxury accommodation, meals as listed in the itinerary including all wines selected by Michael Trembath; golf and winery visits as listed.
NB. The tour price is fixed and there will be no alteration to the tour prices as a result of exchange rate fluctuations.

Deposit and Payment
A deposit of AUD$500 per person is required at the time of booking, with full payment required 60 days before departure. There are no fees or charges for paying with a credit card but we only accept Visa or Mastercard, no Amex or Diners, sorry.

Cancellations
Cancellation more than 60 days from the date of departure will incur a cancellation fee of AUD$500 per person. Cancellations 60 days or less from the date of departure will result in the loss of all monies paid. We suggest you take travel insurance to cover the cost of cancellation fees that could result from a family death or illness or any other eventuality that would prohibit you from travelling.

Minimum tour numbers
The tour will run with a minimum of six (6) participants having booked 60 days prior to the date of departure. A maximum of 10 can be accommodated. Golf and Wine in Italy reserves the right to cancel the tour and refund all monies paid, in the event that less than six book.

Refunds
The tour is based on arrangements that do not allow for any refunds in respect to sightseeing, golf, accommodation, meals, golf or any other services not utilised after the tour has commenced.

Travel Documents
All tour members will need to be in possession of a valid passport. No visa is required if coming from Australia.

Baggage
We take no responsibility for baggage, which is at your risk during the tour. We suggest baggage up to 20kg and golf clubs.

Changes to itinerary
The itinerary is subject to change to fit with operational requirements. Any change to the itinerary will be replaced with arrangements of similar value and interest.

Responsibilty
Golf and Wine in Italy acts only as agents in making arrangements with carriers, hoteliers and others for the tour. We cannot accept liability for any act or omission whatsoever, whether negligent or otherwise, of those carriers, hoteliers or other persons providing service in connection with the tour.

We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our direct control, including, but not limited to, war, terrorism, flood, fire, civil disturbance, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accidents to, or failure of, machinery, equipment, or industrial action. Any disputes arising shall be settled according to the laws of the State of Victoria.

Dietary Requirements
Every endeavour will be made by Golf and Wine in Italy to accommodate dietary requirements, but we make no guarantee that this will be possible at all times.
